| Reservation/Cancellation Policy All reservations must be paid in full at the time that the reservation is made. If the date of the tour you have selected is more than six months away, we will be happy to hold your reservation with a deposit equal to the purchase price of the ticket. The remaining balance on the tour is due 60 days prior to the event. We understand that sometimes things happen - if you need to cancel your reservation, please call us right away! If you have already paid for your ticket, we will try to fill your seat from our waiting list, or you may choose to sell the ticket yourself. We will refund your payment only if we are able to find a replacement. |
